1. General Refunds

• Refunds for eligible purchases are provided in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and, where relevant, international consumer protection standards.

• Refund requests must generally be made within 14 days of receipt of the item or service, unless otherwise required by law.

• To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

2. Digital, Loyalty Point & Crypto Purchases

• Purchases made using loyalty points or crypto (Koins or other tokens) are non-refundable.

• In exceptional cases, refunds may be granted at the discretion of The K Network team.

3. Offers, Gifts & Bundled Purchases

• If an item is purchased as part of an offer or promotion that includes a gift or bonus item, both the purchased item and the gift must be returned for the refund to be considered.

• Partial returns of bundles, gift sets, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after a purchase of digital goods, loyalty rewards, or crypto-based services.

• Items not returned in their original condition.

• Services that have already been fulfilled.

5. Refund Process

• To request a refund, please contact us at admin@yourkoin.com with your order details.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method whenever possible.
