1) Our commitment (Zero tolerance)
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and all forms of harm to minors.
Content or behaviour that involves, facilitates, or depicts CSAE is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action and notification to appropriate authorities where required.
2) Who this applies to
These standards apply to all users, content, and activity on our apps and services, including text, images, audio, video, links, usernames, profiles, and private or public interactions.
3) Prohibited content & conduct (non-exhaustive)
-
Any depiction, request, distribution, or facilitation of CSAE or CSAM.
-
Sexualization of minors, grooming, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual images from or of minors.
-
Trafficking, exploitation, endangerment, or doxxing of minors.
-
Links to, instructions for finding, or code words intended to access CSAE/CSAM.
-
Encouragement or threats of violence or self-harm involving minors.
-
Attempts to circumvent our safety systems or moderation.
4) Age restrictions
-
Our apps are not for children under the minimum age specified in the app’s store listing.
-
Where features are intended for adults (e.g., social, chat, or rewards), under-age use is prohibited.
-
We may require age gates, verification steps, or parental controls where appropriate.
5) Reporting & point of contact
If you see content or behaviour that may harm a child or violate these standards:
-
Use the in-app “Report” option (found in Settings → Help & Support → Report a Problem), or
-
Email us at safety@the-k-network.com with as much detail as possible (screenshots, usernames, timestamps, URLs).
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
6) How we handle reports
-
Triage & priority: We prioritize child-safety reports and aim to review them promptly.
-
Actions we may take: Remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, disable features, block devices, geo-restrict access, and/or notify relevant authorities and hotlines where legally required.
-
Evidence preservation: We may preserve information to support investigations consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
-
Non-retaliation: Reporting users are protected from retaliation under these standards.
7) Moderation & enforcement
We use a combination of automated detection, human review, and user reports. Enforcement considers severity, intent, and risk to minors. Repeat or egregious violations lead to permanent bans and escalation.
8) Safety by design (features we employ)
-
Content filters and rate-limits to reduce abuse at scale.
-
Blocks, mutes, and reporting tools accessible from user profiles and message screens.
-
Restricted media uploads and link-sharing in sensitive contexts.
-
Progressive feature access for new or risky accounts.
-
Ongoing reviewer training and periodic audits.
9) Cooperation with law & regulators
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in jurisdictions where we operate and where our apps are available. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities, consistent with due process.
10) User education
We encourage users and guardians to review platform safety tips, device parental controls, and to talk with children about online risks and reporting.
11) Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, contact safety@the-k-network.com. Include your username, device, and relevant details. We will review and respond where possible.
12) Changes to these standards
We may update these standards as laws, risks, or product features evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
